Executive Leadership Team

Keenan Ward is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forward Engineering LLC, where he provides strategic vision and operational leadership to guide the company’s growth and ensure disciplined execution of all commitments.

Prior to founding Forward Engineering, Mr. Ward served as a U.S. Navy Commander and Aerospace Engineering Officer, supporting acquisition and test and evaluation (T&E) efforts across air, space, and maritime systems, including fixed-wing and autonomous unmanned (UAV/UAS) platforms. 

As a former Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman, Mr. Ward led SEIT execution—advancing complex engineering capability development—delivering integrated, mission-ready systems from lab to flight.

Mr. Ward is a DAWIA-certified acquisition professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering with a focus in Architecture and Model-Based Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
