Keenan Ward established Forward Engineering LLC with a clear objective of being the premier Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEI&T) "force multiplier" for DoD agencies and Prime contractors in Aerospace and Defense.  As President and CEO, he provides the strategic direction and operational oversight necessary to deliver on commitments and drive the company's growth.

Mr. Ward brings a distinguished dual career to Forward Engineering LLC, where he seamlessly blended an extensive military career with major defense Gov't contracting leadership.  He served as an Aerospace Engineering Naval Officer in the United States Navy, and he also concluded a significant tenure as Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation.  As a certified acquisition professional, Mr. Ward is broadly recognized for his leadership and impactful contributions in the Aerospace and Defense industry, driving SEI&T execution to deliver innovative capabilities and advanced technologies across key domains and platforms such as for Mission Systems, Flight Management Systems, Software-Defined Radios (SDR), Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Navigation (NAV), Communications (COM), and Radar/Electronic Warfare (Radar/EW), for Manned and Unmanned Systems.

Mr. Ward has a proven ability to forge and sustain trusted partnerships with Department of Defense (DoD) officials, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), and major defense PRIME contractors serves as the cornerstone of Forward Engineering LLC's success, directly enabling the seamless execution of complex defense programs.
