Executive Leadership Team

Keenan Ward is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forward Engineering LLC, where he provides strategic vision and operational leadership to guide the company’s growth and ensure disciplined execution of all commitments.

Prior to establishing Forward Engineering, Mr. Ward served with distinction as a U.S. Navy Commander and Aerospace Engineering Officer, where he led System acquisition, developmental, operational test, and evaluation (T&E) programs for mission-critical aerospace & defense systems.

As a Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman, Mr. Ward led and directed the technical execution of Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEI&T) frameworks across air, space, and maritime programs.  He advanced the maturation of complex engineering capabilities, ensuring mission-critical systems achieved effective development, seamless integration, and rigorous lab-to-flight verification.

Mr. Ward is a DAWIA-certified acquisition professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering with a focus in Architecture and Model-Based Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
