Keenan Ward established Forward Engineering LLC with a clear objective of being the premier Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEI&T) "force multiplier" for DoD agencies and Prime contractors in Aerospace and Defense.  As President and CEO, he provides the strategic direction and operational oversight necessary to deliver on commitments and drive the company's growth.

Mr. Ward brings a blended career of 30+ years of Naval service with major aerospace and defense Gov't contracting.  He served as an Aerospace Engineering Naval Officer in the US Navy, and he concluded a significant tenure as Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation.  Mr. Ward is a DAWIA certified acquisition professional and is broadly recognized for his technical leadership and impactful contributions in the Aerospace and Defense industry, driving SEI&T execution to development and deliver Mission Systems, Flight Management Systems, Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Navigation (NAV), Radar/Electronic Warfare for Manned and Unmanned systems and Robotic technologies.

He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from San Diego State University and a master's degree in systems engineering with Architecture and Model Base Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
