Keenan Ward established Forward Engineering with a clear objective of being the premier Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEI&T) "Force Multiplier" for Government agencies and Prime contractors in Aerospace and Defense.  As President and CEO, he provides the strategic direction and operational oversight necessary to deliver on commitments and drive the company's growth.

 Mr. Ward brings clients a unique and powerful blend of leadership and technical expertise, shaped by a distinguished 30-year career as a U.S. Navy Commander and Aerospace Engineering Officer, and his role as Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation. His dual background in military operations, aerospace and defense industry offers a rare, strategic perspective on delivering mission-critical capabilities with precision and impact.  

Mr. Ward is a DAWIA certified acquisition professional and is broadly recognized for providing SEI&T execution to deliver Mission Systems, Flight Management Systems, Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Navigation (NAV), Radar/Electronic Warfare for Manned and Unmanned systems and Robotic technologies.

He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from San Diego State University and a master's degree in systems engineering with Architecture and Model Base Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
